Skinny 365 is a record of my year-long project to lose weight, be fit and be healthy in general. I am Kate, a regular girl in Phoenix, Arizona trying to lose weight the old-fashioned “eat right and exercise” way.
As any “health nut” will tell you (I’m not one), losing weight is about more than dieting; it’s a complete lifestyle change.
No fad diets or quick fixes here! The only way I can see myself making life-long changes is to have good habits for an extended period of time. At the end of this year, I want my confidence level up, and my waistline down. I want to be a 10, feel good, and actually enjoy shopping for clothes!
So, here it goes, Skinny 365.
