Day 123: Skinny Decisions, Made by the Universe

Who’s been super good this week? ME! That’s who!

Breakfast: Greek yogurt and two Aussie bites (love them!).

Lunch: Salad bar with no dressing

Dinner: Small portions of good-for-you food

So, when I reached into my purse to grab a protein bar, and instead picked out the grapefruit I had forgotten, I took it as a sign from the universe. The “you’re working hard, and pretty soon your weight loss will come naturally.”
